Beginnings - The Lake District Collection’ is a new body of work consisting of 5 original paintings, depicting the peaks of the Lake District, Cumbria,UK.

This collection is a long time coming and is all about ‘Beginnings’. I have many special memories and family in this beautiful part of the world and it helped shaped who I am today. It was the location that I experienced my first long hike, which included falling waist deep into a bog, getting very wet and ending the day with a warm stew and open fire! I’m pretty sure it set me on the path to become the artist I am today. I also went on my first hike with my now husband, got engaged and married in this part of the world - so this collection is all about my own beginnings – but I hope yours too.
